Each & Every layer of our 34 Kg film faced ply is impregnated with PPTR to ensure higher repetitions. We assure a guarantee of upto 20 repetitions for our 34 kg Concrete Gold® Plywood depending on the method of use.

Precautions

NOTE

Our repetitions guarantee is for the Core Bonding strength ( i.e against splitting of plywood ) and against delamination. We do not guarantee against damage of sheets due to slamming or scratching of film due to misuse. The guarantee is only valid when the following precautions are taken while using it:

Cleaning & Oiling

Clean & oil the surface before each use, Recoat surface with Mould Oil before next use.

Do not perform

Do not perform side screwing & nailing on the ply.

Application

Apply sealants such as chlorinated rubber paint at cut edges before use.

Transport Carefully

Transport carefully, do not drag plywood over one another to avoid scratches.

Storing Ply

Store in packs on a flat raised surface in a dry, covered place with free air circulation.
